Featured ingredients: Olive oil, Coconut oil, Castor oil, Aloe oil, jojoba oil, Grapeseed oil, hempseed oil, glycerin and luminescent zinc sulfide (glow)

In order to "charge" the bars resulting in the brightest light production, you will need to place the bars in direct sunlight or use the brightest light you have around the house for up to 10 mins. I use a black light to charge my bars and I'd reccomed one to you also, takes less than half the time to charge. 

Yes the lather glows also, taking a picture of this wasn't possible but trust me. If the bar is glowing, the lather will glow also until rinsed down the drain.
